Months of Preparation.
Seamless Execution.
The visible part of a Gobi project is the delivery. The invisible part is everything that made it possible.
The Orchestration Process
Six stages. Every project. No shortcuts.
Discovery & Scoping
Before any contract is signed, we conduct a full logistics audit of the project. Volume, sensitivity, geography, timing constraints, regulatory requirements, and risk factors are mapped in detail.
Carrier Research & Vetting
We do not have a single preferred carrier. We have a network of vetted partners, and we select the right combination of carriers for each project based on its specific requirements. Carrier contracts are negotiated specifically for the project scope.
Software Configuration (GCRM)
Our proprietary GCRM platform is configured for the project. Custom workflows, exception triggers, reporting dashboards, and client-facing status updates are built before the first collection. The system runs on multiple servers with redundancy built in.
Team Deployment & On-Site Personnel
For projects requiring on-site presence, we deploy trained logistics personnel to client sites. These individuals are briefed on project-specific protocols and represent Gobi's standards in the client's environment.
Execution & Real-Time Monitoring
During the active project phase, every shipment is tracked in real time. Exceptions are flagged automatically. The dedicated operations manager monitors the dashboard continuously and intervenes within defined SLA windows.
Post-Project Reporting & Review
On completion, a full project report is generated — covering volumes, timelines, exceptions, resolutions, and recommendations. For ongoing projects, this feeds into continuous improvement cycles.

We Built Our Own Software Because Nothing Else Was Good Enough
GCRM (Gobi Courier & Route Management) is a proprietary logistics management platform developed in-house by Gobi Logistics. Built over years of operational experience, GCRM monitors every shipment across multiple live server nodes, learns carrier behaviour patterns to predict and prevent delays, and gives both our team and our clients real-time visibility into every project.
Integration APIs allow client systems to connect directly to GCRM for automated updates, custom quotes, and delivery confirmations. GCRM is not a product we sell — it is the operational backbone of every project Gobi manages.
Ask About GCRM IntegrationOne Team. Named People. No Call Centres.
Every client is assigned named individuals — not a department, not a queue.
Operations Manager
One operations manager is assigned per client/project. They own the operational execution from day one. You have their direct contact. Always.
Account Manager
Your commercial point of contact. Handles contracts, SLA reviews, billing, and escalation. Not a call centre agent — a named individual.
On-Site Logistics Personnel
For projects requiring physical presence at your facility, we deploy trained, background-checked logistics staff who work within your environment under Gobi's standards and protocols.
We Also Help You Build the Capability Yourself
Not every client needs Gobi to manage their logistics permanently. Some of our most impactful work has been helping organisations — particularly in eCommerce and medical supply — design and implement their own courier management processes. We review existing contracts, map inefficiencies, recommend carrier consolidation or diversification, and build the operational frameworks that allow in-house teams to manage courier relationships effectively.
The result: clients who run better logistics operations, with or without us.
